Virtual Coaching for Executive Functions
I support young people who are about to begin or are already attending university in developing the skills needed to successfully face the academic and personal challenges of this stage. My approach focuses on strengthening executive functioning skills —organization, time management, planning, self-regulation, and motivation— through practical and personalized strategies.
In our sessions, we work on:

Preparing for independent living.
Reflecting on strengths and areas for growth.
Developing key skills for university success.
Creating practical schedules that promote well-being.
Managing procrastination and anxiety.
Planning and completing tasks and projects effectively.
The goal is for each student to gain autonomy, confidence, and clarity in order to achieve their academic and personal goals.
